Flag 
The flag has two white and two red equal stripes on it. The upper stripe is white and the lower one is red. The size of the flag is 105 x 165 cm, and the width - length ratio is 7:11.
Coat of Arms
The coat of arms is a red shield charged crosswise with a silvery horn with golden rings, chain and mouth-peace, and upwards with a silvery blade, and a sword with golden sword hilt. The width - height ratio is 9:12.
